A large country garden.

Initially, this very large garden had no structural layout. My client's main requirements were: a water garden; a vegetable garden; a gravel garden; a wooded area; a children's play area; and a large patio.

One of the most impressive and satisfying aspects of my design was the water garden which pivoted on two pools connected by a stream. Together with the planting that bordered it, this feature became the main view from the conservatory. The lawns surrounding the house acted as a unifying factor within the garden - the flowing shapes sitting comfortably within the sloping site.
